With all of my talk about gardening, I figured I’d better step up and plant some stuff. Earlier this summer I was lucky to have my parents come up to help out, and we spent a Saturday stocking up on plantings, seedlings and petunias at Lowes. (Did you know there’s a real shortage of impatients this year? I know there’s a joke in there somewhere). I also picked up some mint, jalepeno, cherry tomatoes, roma tomato plants. They’re doing well!

Oh and let’s not forget I just ordered a lime bush from Amazon. We’ll see how it does. Here’s hoping there’s some decent guacamole and homemade mojitos in my future…
